History of the Association of Ukrainian Aluminum Products Manufacturers “UkrAluminiy”
On August 11, 2014, the Founding Meeting of the Association of Ukrainian Aluminum Products Manufacturers “UkrAluminiy” took place.
The founders of the Association were StudioPak Ukraine Limited LLC and StudioPak Technologies LLC.
During the founding meeting, the Charter of the Association of Ukrainian Aluminum Products Manufacturers “UkrAluminiy” was approved, and the governing bodies of the Association were elected.
Vadym Gurzhos was elected Chairman of the Board of the Association of Ukrainian Aluminum Products Manufacturers “UkrAluminiy”.
Viktoriya Burkovska was elected Executive Director of the Association.
On October 27, 2017, an Extraordinary Meeting of the Association of Ukrainian Aluminum Products Manufacturers “UkrAluminiy” was held.
During the meeting, changes to the Charter and the composition of the Association’s members were approved.
Renbudinvest-2010 LLC joined the Association of Ukrainian Aluminum Products Manufacturers “UkrAluminiy”.
The General Meeting also confirmed the powers of Viktoriya Burkovska as Executive Director of the Association for the next three years.
